Cookie Policy

Effective date: [DOLDURULACAK] · Last updated: [DOLDURULACAK]

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Leadivo website and customer dashboard (the "Platform") operated by [DOLDURULACAK] (the "Company"). It is issued under Art. 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices and, where applicable, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the GDPR. The Turkish version (Çerez Politikası) is authoritative.

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They perform functions such as keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels etc.) are also referred to as "cookies" in this Policy.

2. Which cookies do we use?

The Platform uses only strictly necessary cookies. There are no analytics, performance-measurement, advertising, targeting or social media cookies on the Platform, and no third-party tracking code is loaded.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service, they are used without consent on the basis of Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK (performance of a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK (legitimate interest), and under the exemption in Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is shown on the Platform.

3. Technical data processed without cookies

See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Third-party pages

Payments take place on a checkout page operated by LemonSqueezy on its own domain. Cookies used on that page are subject to LemonSqueezy's cookie and privacy policies; the Company does not control them.

5. Future changes

If non-essential cookies for analytics, performance or marketing are added to the Platform in the future, they will be activated only after obtaining your consent; a cookie preference banner allowing you to give, refuse and withdraw consent at any time will be introduced and this Policy will be updated. Refusing non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform.

6. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in to the customer dashboard or your language preference may not be remembered. Cookie settings for common browsers are usually found under "Settings > Privacy and Security".

7. Your rights and contact

Your rights under Art. 11 KVKK and the GDPR and how to exercise them are explained in the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy. Questions: [DOLDURULACAK].
